Will I get the same items that my friend got in their box?

Stock changes continuously so we cannot guarantee that your items will be what were in a previous box.

Can I request certain items?

Each month we offer items based on current stock and age group. We can't currently accommodate specific requests but feel free to send us an email.

Can I buy something that I saw offered in a box?

Currently our items are exclusive to our subscription baby box service.

Can I return an item from my box?

Items can only be returned if they are defective. We do our best to quality check every item before it goes out. Please send us an email to discuss your issue.

Do you ship to the United States?

Currently we only ship within Canada.
